are those the victims swirling up in the waves from the ocean floor? lol. awesome!! Inking water can be very difficult, I'd say you have a good grasp on it. the way that you inked it would lend itself well to being colored as a nighttime scene with moonlight in the far upper left. that way all the black in the water would fit better. in any case to be consistent i would say that her chest area would need more black because you have a stark black shadow off her leg and black on the water. everything on her chest area looks reflective. i'm sure some of the goal was to show the details but the question is what light source is going that area? All in all a very good piece. She better watch out tho, she's on pirate turf!
